What it solved
IPO registrar platform
Processing an IPO means coordinating the exchanges, the depositories and the banks inside SEBI's three-day listing window, with no room for error. This is the system that does it.
- 01
The problem
A registrar needs years of in-house systems before it can process an IPO.
What we built
An end-to-end pipeline that takes bid data from the exchanges when an issue closes and carries it through validation, payment reconciliation and allotment to the final instructions for banks and depositories.
What changed
A registrar can take on IPO mandates without building that stack itself, starting with SME issues.
- 02
The problem
Invalid applications surface late, on the tightest day of the timeline.
What we built
Checks that run every day while bidding is open, flagging bad demat details, PAN mismatches and duplicates early.
What changed
The day after close starts with the exceptions already known, not discovered against the deadline.
- 03
The problem
Allotment rules differ between mainboard and SME issues, and every result has to hold up.
What we built
An allotment engine that handles both lottery and proportionate allotment.
What changed
The basis of allotment is ready for the exchange's approval inside the window.
