On this site
Google Analytics 4 runs on every page, but until you accept it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed, which Google uses to estimate visits without identifying you. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics can use its cookies and we also load the Meta Pixel to count visits and enquiries. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set, the Meta Pixel never loads and the site works the same. You can change your answer any time with Cookies at the bottom of every page.
When you book a call or fill in our questionnaire
Bookings run on Google Calendar and the pre-call questionnaire on Google Forms, so Google processes what you enter there. When a booking or questionnaire comes in, our server tells Meta and Google Analytics that it happened, so we can see which of our posts and ads bring people in. The only thing about you in that message is a SHA-256 hash of your email address, a one-way code that cannot be turned back into the address. We never send your name, your email in readable form or your answers. Meta may match the hash to a Meta account to measure our ads.
